DJ - I like to build a "mix" specific to each couple for each part of the night! It can be as simple as sending me playlist(s) leading up to the event that I stick to through the night, or I have an ever growing list of songs I've played at past events that I can use to create a mix that I feel confident in based on your tastes which I make by asking a number of questions ie must haves, top artists/genres, special moment songs, do not plays etc. I like to treat my DJing like performing live music over the last 15+ years by reading the room to keep the energy right, as well as taking requests on the fly if it's okay with the couple! I typically stay away from the crazy turntable/airhorn style DJing but like to do small mix moments to add energy/slight variation on the classics, and aim to transition each song in a seamless way so there's never a dull moment on the dance floor. I am able to do Karaoke as well as a side note which is sometimes a fun moment to have in the night!

Solo Acoustic/Live Looping - I have an ever growing repertoire of popular songs from every genre that I play during my sets 5-6 nights a week as my career these days. When solo I play guitar and sing while using my loop station with a drum machine which is full of live loops that I hand craft by playing the bass, piano & extra guitars as well use a vocal harmonizer to really be able to put on a highly dynamic and unique show. I also strip it back to fully acoustic when the moment calls for it or I'm playing a request on the fly to keep things fresh!

Duo with Saxophone Player - We play a similar set of popular covers to my solo shows with my live looping setup, with the bonus of having the incredible Nicholas Lennox join me who's also been playing Sax for 15+ years. It elevates my show by adding moments of us trading solo breaks, interacting on stage, adding percussion which Nick also plays, fun moments of using wireless setups to move around the room & of course a unique saxophone addition to the classics. Our goal is to be able to sound as powerful as a full band pulling out all the stops while also being able to strip things back for more intimate moments. 

Full Band (Trio with Drummer, Saxophonist & Tracks) - Again a similar list of songs that we draw from with the addition of our drummer Hank Lawrence who has played with Nick in the incredible group The Wilderness over the last 10+ years. It adds another layer of excitement to the show with us all being able to play/trade multiple instruments (namely Nick or Hank being able to switch to bass on the fly) through the night and be a little more dynamic & free form in how we build our setlist while still using live loops where applicable for a larger than life sound with unique saxophone arrangements.
